Palo Santo Incense Wood Powder — Bursera graveolens
Fragrant Palo Santo wood powder from Ecuador for loose incense, aromatic blends, and making your own incense cones or sticks. This is a coarse powder with some larger wood pieces, so expect a varied texture.
For loose incense and incense making
Enjoy this Bursera graveolens wood powder on its own, blend it with other incense materials, or use it as a base for handmade incense cones and sticks. For a finer texture, sift the powder, then grind and sift the remaining coarse pieces as needed for your recipe.
Directly imported from Ecuador
Our Palo Santo wood comes from naturally dead and fallen trees in Ecuador and is directly imported by us. No living trees are cut for this wood. Nothing is added, and the wood has not undergone chemical or heat sterilization.
How to burn Palo Santo powder
Place a small mound in a suitable heat-resistant incense holder on a nonflammable surface. Light the top, extinguish any flame, and allow the powder to smolder. Use with ventilation, keep away from children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended.
Photo guide: The pouches shown from left to right are 1 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz, with a 2 oz pile of powder in front.
